1.How do I choose the right size?
We include a detailed size guide on each product page to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us for personalized help.
2. Can I open the package to try the item on?
You may open the package only upon request. Please inform the delivery person in advance so they can get our approval. The shipping company we deal with adds an extra 5 EGP to the delivery fees when package opening is allowed, so we don’t activate this service automatically.
3. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges if our page is notified via Instagram DM within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For full details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
4. How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 3–5 working days. During peak seasons or national holidays (such as Christmas or Eid), delivery might take up to 10 days.
5. How much are the delivery fees?
Cairo and Giza: 60 EGP
Governorates: 80 EGP
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), Instapay, and various digital wallets. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
5. How do I care for my pyjamas?
To keep your pyjamas looking their best, we recommend machine washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can assist you before the order is processed.
